Construction Services
Although we have developed a particular expertise in interior building improvement projects, we have diversified our construction services to embrace exterior building renovations, building services, new building substructures and envelopes.
Our commercial construction services are either negotiated or invited competitive with repeat or referred clients on a design/build, stipulated total sum, or construction management fee contract.
At the conceptual and design phase of projects, Matra can collaborate with you, the client, and the design team to assist with construction technology procedures, project cost evaluation, and performance forecasting.
Matra has extensive experience in the preparation of detailed preliminary construction budget estimates, accurately forecasting costs from very preliminary information to assist clients with building acquisitions, lease negotiations, and the remediation of interior and exterior buildings.
Matra has established an extensive database of pre-qualified specialized subcontractors and suppliers conversant and compliant with our professional high-quality performance standards.
Matra is bondable with $10,000,000 of general liability insurance. We enforce strict compliance with BC Worksafe regulations, and we conform to or exceed commercial construction industry environmental and sustainable materials practices.
