The largest project in Matra’s 10-year (and ongoing) portfolio with Fortinet Technologies, this renovation spanned 175,000sf across four floors working alongside Integrity Project Consulting.

Fortinet took over a lease from HSBC, which had recently completed its own tenant improvements prior to the COVID shutdown. Given this, great care was taken to preserve and repurpose a significant portion of the existing work.

The renovation involved selective demolition, the installation and relocation of standard and demountable partitions, new casework, carpeting, and painting. Additionally, substantial acoustic enhancements were made through the use of baffles and wall panels. The project also included upgrades and redistribution of the building’s electrical and mechanical systems to meet Fortinet’s high-consumption requirements.
