Hudson Pacific Properties’ new 10,000 sq. ft. flagship Vancouver head office was recognized by the Building Owners and Managers Association of BC as the Tenant Improvement of the Year in 2021. From day one, our team worked collaboratively with the Construction Manager and McKinley Design Studios to bring a refined and modern vision to life. The space features Italian-imported modular wall systems, polished concrete flooring, and custom white oak panelling throughout—creating a timeless, sophisticated, and highly functional workplace.
