The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of BC awarded this project the Tenant Improvement of the Year for 2021 Award. Hudson Pacific Properties had their new flagship Vancouver head office built out in a 10,000 square foot space. Working with their CM and Design team from day one, they selected Italian imported modular walls, polished concrete floors and gorgeous white oak panelling throughout.
