As part of Hudson Pacific’s Vacant Space Program, Matra decommissioned and converted the 26th floor of Bentall 4 into a shell condition show suite. Work included the demolition of existing partitions and finishes as well as the removal of redundant utility infrastructure. To complete the look, Matra polished the floors and painted the open ceilings and walls white.
