As part of Hudson Pacific’s Vacant Space Program with SSDG Interiors Inc, Matra decommissioned and transformed the 26th floor of Bentall 4 into a clean, modern shell-condition show suite. The scope included the demolition of existing partitions and finishes, along with the removal of redundant mechanical and electrical infrastructure. To achieve the desired aesthetic, Matra polished the concrete floors and finished the exposed ceilings and walls in a crisp white palette, creating an inviting and versatile foundation for future tenant improvements.
